Lead Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, webinars, and referrals.
- Maintain 50+ dials and 20+ connects per day.
- Schedule 4+ new meetings/calls daily to build a strong database.
- Drive one referral lead every day.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in K-12 B2B Sales (Teachmint, Lead School, BYJUS, Unacademy, or similar EdTechs).
- Proven track record in consultative selling, stakeholder handling, and closing B2B deals.
- Comfortable engaging with school owners, principals, administrators, and academic heads.
- Strong in high-volume outreach — daily calls, demos, webinars, and follow-ups.
- Ability to manage the complete lead-gen to closing lifecycle independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Highly disciplined with CRM usage, reporting, and data tracking.
- Thrives in a target-driven, competitive sales environment.
- Tech-savvy and confident conducting video calls, webinars, and online demos.
- Graduates preferred (B.Tech is an added advantage; MBA optional).
