Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, junior position ideally suited for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our lead acquisition initiatives and supporting our comprehensive marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation with a focus on quality and qualified lead conversion rates.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing including designing campaigns, segmenting lists, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage business customers.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes including content creation and customer engagement.
  • Experience in online lead generation techniques and tools to attract and capture potential customers.
  • Skills in inbound lead generation to attract potential clients through appealing and informative content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospects and peers.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize lead generation efforts and improve overall performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase the company's client base and market reach.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns including content creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for B2B marketing initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives and target market.
  • Utilize social media channels to drive brand awareness and generate interest among potential leads.
  • Research and employ online tools and resources for effective lead generation to boost sales pipeline.
  • Create and manage inbound marketing content to attract potential leads through blogs, ebooks, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion and ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and recommend improvements for enhanced results.
