The Senior Sales Hunter will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving topline revenue growth, and expanding RuralShores' footprint among domestic and international customers. This role requires a high-energy, target-driven professional with a proven track record in complex B2B sales, preferably in IT/BPO services or similar service industries.
* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in targeted segments, focusing on untapped geographies and verticals relevant to rural digital operations ITeS/IT services.
* Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including prospecting, tailored pitches, contractual negotiation, and onboarding.
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs for new client acquisition and deal closure value.
* Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to generate substantial business referrals and partnerships.
* Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and emerging customer needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, articulating RuralShores' unique value proposition for IT/ITeS and rural outsourcing.
* Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless solution design and customer onboarding.
* Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and opportunity pipeline updates to leadership.
* Represent RuralShores at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
* 6-10 years of successful B2B sales experience in IT/Tech, managed services, or related industries – with a clear focus on hunting and new client logo acquisition.
* Proven ability to consistently meet/beat sales targets and close high-value/complex deals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills with ability to influence at the CXO level.
* Self-starter, highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Willingness to travel frequently across India and abroad as needed.
* Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
* Strong "hunter" mindset with a passion for driving new business.
* Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker, and solution-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
