Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities, support marketing strategies, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through effective CRM practices. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, lead generation, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business

Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and executing online/offline marketing strategies.

Customer Follow-up: Manage follow-ups with prospects and clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads using CRM software.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: No specific degree requirement. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills: Strong communication skills, Good understanding of Product Knowledge.

Attributes: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer relationships.

Experience: Freshers or candidates with basic experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations are encouraged to apply.
