DIGITAL LEAD (Manager/Senior Manager)JOB DESCRIPTION1. Social Media Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement integrated social media strategies aligned with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and audience engagement goals.
Drive the creation of platform-specific content calendars in line with key brand moments, launches, and engagement campaigns. Review and provide strategic feedback on agency-created content to ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging. Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics to elevate brand storytelling.
Oversee paid campaigns—planning, targeting, budgeting, and optimization—to drive visibility, reach, engagement and delivery of campaign objectives. Oversee Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights for optimization and strategic planning.2. Website Management:Work with external partners to ensure the corporate website reflects the brand ethos—modern, user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and SEO-compliant.Drive timely and accurate content updates that reflect ongoing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Monitor and enhance website performance and user experience (UX), ensuring it supports lead generation and brand storytelling. Ensure backend hygiene, site security, and responsiveness are maintained.3. Online Reputation Management (ORM):Monitor online mentions and conversations about the brand across digital channels, review sites and forums.
Proactively manage and strengthen the brand's online reputation by addressing concerns and highlighting positive experiences. Coordinate with agencies to ensure a consistent, brand-aligned ORM response strategy. Track sentiment trends and share insights for continuous improvement in brand perception.4.
Public Relations & Internal CommunicationLiaise with the PR agency to craft media strategies, press releases, and executive communications. Monitor brand sentiment and manage external communications, especially during high-visibility moments. Work with the Digital agency and HR team to manage Employer Branding and internal communication development5.
Agency Management:Lead the digital and PR agency partner management. Draft clear briefs tied to brand goals and campaign KPIs. Manage agency performance and ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables within deadlines.
Evaluate agency output and maintain a performance feedback loop for ongoing improvement. Foster collaborative relationships that drive creativity and strategic alignment.6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track performance and ROI across key digital touchpoints—social, website, paid media, and ORM.Generate dashboards to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.Present digital impact to internal stakeholders with clarity and strategic context.
Qualifications:Master's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.10–12 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or communications roles in B2C businesses. Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital metrics, and ROI measurement. Proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns across digital platforms.
Strong experience in managing digital/creative/PR agencies with clear KPI frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Competencies & Skills:Technical:Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) including organic and paid strategies.
Proficiency in paid digital media planning and performance tracking. Website management experience; understanding of SEO best practices. Knowledge of ORM tools and customer sentiment management.
Strong analytical capabilities using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Experience briefing, reviewing, and optimizing content and campaign assets. Behavioural:Brand Sensitivity: Deep understanding of brand tonality, storytelling, and visual coherence.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align digital tactics with broader brand and business goals. Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to work across internal teams and external partners. Ownership & Accountability: Ability to drive projects independently with strong result orientation.
Agility & Innovation: Comfort with digital evolution and experimenting with new formats or platforms. Attention to Detail: Ensuring flawless execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
