
AGM/Senior Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and expand into potential markets across Europe, Latin America, SARC countries, and key RoW regions.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and regulatory partners.
- Drive business for Finished Formulations, with an additional focus on leveraging API and DC opportunities.
- Develop and manage a strong channel partner and distributor network in target markets.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure product registrations, dossier submissions, and compliance.
- Identify and introduce new products aligned with market needs and trends.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas customers.
- Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing trends for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, supply chain, and R&D to ensure smooth order execution.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
- Focus on profitable growth while balancing volumes and cost structures.
- Explore opportunities in global tenders and institutional business.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve collective goals.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
What Were Looking For:
- years of international BD experience in pharmaceuticals.
- Proven expertise in Finished Dosage Formulations; API/DC background a plus.
- Strong network and understanding of target global markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
