Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) Marketing to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. The role requires a strong balance of offline and online marketing expertise along with strategic planning skills to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and project requirements.
  • Design annual and quarterly marketing plans covering offline, online, and digital channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize positioning and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive brand building, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Offline Marketing

  • Manage on-ground marketing campaigns including events, roadshows, exhibitions, and site activations.
  • Oversee the design and execution of print media, outdoor campaigns, brochures, and collaterals.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships for cost-effective and timely campaign execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across project sites and customer touchpoints.

Online / Digital Marketing

  • Drive digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and email marketing.
  • Oversee website content, project microsites, and online campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies for performance marketing and ROI tracking.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance and enhance effectiveness.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality output.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead management and marketing support.
  • Liaise with external agencies, creative partners, and digital vendors for campaign execution.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget with focus on cost-efficiency and ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion data.
