Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in developing and implementing annual and quarterly marketing plans.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

  • Support in defining target audiences and positioning strategies for key services or products.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, print, outdoor, email, events, etc.).

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, media partners, and digital vendors for campaign execution.

  • Track ROI and performance metrics for each campaign to optimize outcomes.

3. Branding & Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.

  • Create, proofread, and edit marketing content including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and website updates.

  • Support public relations (PR) initiatives and coordinate media coverage.

4. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage and update the organization's website and social media platforms.

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns to drive engagement and leads.

  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on digital performance.

5. Events & Promotions

  • Plan and execute corporate events, health camps, CME programs, product launches, and patient engagement activities.

  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities.

  • Track event outcomes and generate post-event analysis reports.

6. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work with internal departments (sales, operations, clinical teams, etc.) to support service promotion and customer retention.

  • Collaborate with patient relations or business development teams for lead generation and conversion tracking.

7. Reporting & Budgeting

  • Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.

  • Generate regular marketing performance reports for management review.
