Role and Responsibilities:We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager who will be responsible for meeting existing and new customers (Enterprise & SMB), identifying their requirements, progressing on the identified requirements technically and commercially, and ensuring the adherence to short and long-term goals of the growth. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers, complying with MIS reporting, and owning up opportunities through successful POCs till submitting commercial proposals. Additionally, you will be accountable for revenues, margins & collections, and gathering market intelligence of the opportunities. You should be ready to learn, develop, and grow skills required for the job and work on weekly / monthly targets.
Candidate Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
- MBA in Marketing/ Business analytics preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in cyber security, networking or server storage domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and numeracy skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced & at times stressful environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.
