Hiring: IT Infrastructure Lead Pune (Financial/Banking Domain)
We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Lead for a leading European client setting up their first-ever office in India (Pune). This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a foundational team and play a key leadership role in building IT operations from the ground up.
Location: Pune, India
- Initial phase: Fully remote (first couple of months)
- Later: 5 days working from office (Hybrid flexibility possible)
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in leading IT infrastructure teams
- Mandatory experience in the financial or banking domain
- Proven ability to manage operations, strategy, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
About the Role:
- Be a core part of the India launch team
- Lead infrastructure strategy and execution for a global financial institution
- Work closely with international teams and leadership
Ideal Candidate:
- Based in Pune or open to relocating
- Able to join within a reasonable notice period
- Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity in a growing setup
