Hiring: IT Infrastructure Lead Pune (Financial/Banking Domain)

We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Lead for a leading European client setting up their first-ever office in India (Pune). This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a foundational team and play a key leadership role in building IT operations from the ground up.

Location: Pune, India

  • Initial phase: Fully remote (first couple of months)
  • Later: 5 days working from office (Hybrid flexibility possible)

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in leading IT infrastructure teams
  • Mandatory experience in the financial or banking domain
  • Proven ability to manage operations, strategy, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

About the Role:

  • Be a core part of the India launch team
  • Lead infrastructure strategy and execution for a global financial institution
  • Work closely with international teams and leadership

Ideal Candidate:

  • Based in Pune or open to relocating
  • Able to join within a reasonable notice period
  • Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity in a growing setup
