Location: Baner, Pune | On-Site Internship

Timings: Mon–Fri (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM), Sat (till 5:00 PM)

About the Internship

We're looking for a smart, energetic intern to support the CEO and core team at

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn real business operations, sales follow-ups, client coordination, and internal communication.

You'll be trained to think like an entrepreneur, not just an employee.

What You'll Learn:

  • Lead generation & follow-up processes
  • Quotation & invoice creation
  • How client meetings are scheduled and managed
  • Basic team coordination and approvals
  • Daily CRM usage (HelloLeads)
  • Real-world exposure to performance marketing & agency work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up calls/messages to podcast guests & leads
  • Schedule client meetings & reminders
  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations/invoices
  • CRM entries & updates
  • Track attendance via PagarBook
  • Internal follow-ups with team members
  • Basic data & task tracking

Who Can Apply:

  • Recent graduates
  • Good communication skills (Marathi + English preferred)
  • Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and basic Excel
  • Curious, fast learner, and trustworthy
  • Preferably from Pune (Baner area or nearby)
