We seek a motivated and skilled telecaller executive to join our company, who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international clients for business development and lead generation.
- Initiate cold calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
- Persuade and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions during calls.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably with international clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using CRM basic computer applications.
