  • Test and refine recipes to enhance the menu and align with culinary trends.
  • Kitchen Management:
  • Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor food costs, portion control, and inventory levels.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control:
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
  • Conduct quality checks on food products before they are served.
  • Inventory and Procurement:
  • Order and manage kitchen inventory.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels.
  • Source authentic and fresh ingredients for Chinese cuisine.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and customers.
  • Train and develop junior chefs.
