- **Kitchen Management**:

- Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and inventory levels.
- **Food Safety and Quality Control**:

- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality.
- Conduct quality checks on food products before they are served.
- **Inventory and Procurement**:

- Order and manage kitchen inventory.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels.
- Source authentic and fresh ingredients for Chinese cuisine.
- **Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and customers.
- Train and develop junior chefs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
