Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in IT recruitment and lateral hiring across technology domains. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, manage high-volume hiring, and partner closely with business and delivery teams to attract, evaluate, and onboard top IT talent. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution to meet organizational talent goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, including lateral hiring for technology, product, and delivery functions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and niche IT communities.
  • Partner with business heads, delivery managers, and HR to understand workforce requirements and create effective hiring plans.
  • Manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of hires.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Lead offer management, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and generate recruitment reports and analytics for leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, supporting skill development and best practices.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong exposure to lateral and niche technology hiring.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality IT talent.
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, job portals, and sourcing tools.
  • Knowledge of current IT market trends, talent mapping, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to mentor and manage a small team of recruiters.
