Position Overview
The KDN AI Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring world-class AI professionals to join our rapidly growing organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the artificial intelligence landscape, strong networking abilities, and a passion for building high-impact teams. Reporting to the Head of Talent and collaborating closely with technical leadership, you'll drive our mission to build a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier AI and machine learning professionals across diverse domains, including data science, machine learning engineering, research, and AI product management.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand AI talent needs, role requirements, and future skills gaps.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a combination of direct outreach, networking, job boards, events, and recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI talent through proactive research, relationship-building, and employer branding initiatives.
- Lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centric experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay abreast of trends in AI recruitment, compensation benchmarking, and talent market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and maintain KDN's competitive edge.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to design effective onboarding and retention programs for AI hires.
- Represent KDN at industry events, conferences, and university career fairs to strengthen our employer brand and connect with emerging talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting, with at least 2 years focused on AI, data science, or other emerging tech domains.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for high-growth technology teams, ideally within AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the AI ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
