Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, posting job advertisements, managing hiring processes, and collaborating with department heads to meet hiring goals. The role will also involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates. Additionally, the employee will focus on employer branding initiatives and building relationships with recruitment partners to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Processes, and Candidate Sourcing
  • Proficiency in Interviewing, Candidate Assessment, and Employee Onboarding
  • Familiarity with Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, and developing partnerships with recruitment agencies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop recruitment strategies and meet hiring targets effectively
  • Knowledge of HR trends and a keen understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the apparel or manufacturing sector is an added advantage
