What You Will Do

• Investigate and implement new sourcing methods and or tools.
• Lead various projects within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand while building the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Update current and design new talent acquisition procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes).

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of full cycle recruiting gained from several years as a tech-savvy talent acquisition partner.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and technology
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner

Nice To Have

• Prior Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth software organizations is a plus
• Prior experience leading a team within the Talent Acquisition space is preferred.
