What You Will Do
- Investigate and implement new sourcing methods and or tools.
- Lead various projects within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand while building the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Update current and design new talent acquisition procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes).
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of full cycle recruiting gained from several years as a tech-savvy talent acquisition partner.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and technology
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Equivalent
- 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner
Nice To Have
- Prior Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth software organizations is a plus
- Prior experience leading a team within the Talent Acquisition space is preferred.
