Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present products/services to prospective clients and explain benefits effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies.
- Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business growth targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Maintain CRM databases and prepare regular reports on sales and pipeline activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
