Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our client base and ensure consistent business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
