Job Summary: The Front Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the real estate office. As the first point of contact for clients, agents, and vendors, the administrator will provide professional front desk service, manage administrative tasks, and support the sales and leasing teams. A polished appearance, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities

 - Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations for real estate agents. Confirm appointments and follow up with clients as needed. Abby

 - Office Coordination & Operations: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully functional. Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and other vendors for office maintenance and upkeep. Manage and update internal databases, CRM systems, and property management software. Indeed

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Business Administration or Real Estate is a plus.
 - Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
 - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate CRM tools is a plus. Shine
