Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Administrator to be the face of our real estate office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors, responsible for managing front-desk activities and providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a keen interest in real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, walk-ins, and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for property viewings and meetings.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist sales agents with documentation, printing, and other admin support.
  • Coordinate with marketing or listing teams to update property brochures, flyers, and displays.
  • Handle daily correspondence, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Manage basic records for listings, leads, and customer databases.
  • Support in organizing open house events, client meetings, and property exhibitions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and transaction details.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; diploma or certification in Business Administration or Office Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM usage.
  • Friendly, proactive, and presentable.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic real estate terminology and processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs or listing platforms (e.g., PropTiger, MagicBricks, or local equivalents).
  • Basic understanding of property documentation or RERA guidelines (region-specific).
  • Experience working with a sales-driven team or agency setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
