Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1-3 years in pharmaceutical sales (preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PCD Pharma Sales Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products under our Propaganda-Cum-Distribution (PCD) model. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new distributors, expanding the market reach, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
-Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to PCD distributors.
-Identify potential business partners and onboard them for PCD franchise opportunities.
-Provide training and product knowledge to distributors and sales teams.
-Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize sales growth.
-Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in PCD Pharma.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
