Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Execute outreach strategies to convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead and interaction records.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
Requirements:
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- IT/software industry knowledge preferred.
