Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Execute outreach strategies to convert prospects into clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate lead and interaction records.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.

Requirements:

  • Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • IT/software industry knowledge preferred.
