Role Snapshot

In this role, you'll drive multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for our IT services. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with revenue goals and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

Plan, execute & optimize lead generation campaigns across:

  • Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • SEO & Organic Outreach
  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Cold Calling & Outbound Communication

Monitor campaigns, track KPIs, and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

Collaborate with content, design & sales teams to target the right audience.

Analyze campaign performance, conversion funnels (MQL to SQL), and ROI.

Use CRM and analytics tools to improve lead quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years of proven experience in lead generation or PPC/Performance Marketing (IT services preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization & lead funnels.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies & email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication & multitasking skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho

Understanding of MQL/SQL lead frameworks & nurturing flows

Exposure to marketing automation
