About the Role
We are looking for a smart and energetic Pre-Sales / Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have experience or interest in telecalling, email marketing, and LinkedIn lead generation for IT and software services.
You'll play a key role in identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Draft professional and persuasive emails & proposals to prospective clients.
Research and identify potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, and GoodFirms.
Engage with leads, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain lead databases and track outreach in CRM or Excel sheets.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and strategy improvements.
Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or inside sales (IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or ZoomInfo (preferred).
- Comfortable with telecalling and follow-up communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
