We're Hiring Lead Generation Executive (Recruitment Consultancy).
A Lead Generation Executive identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead sources like cold calling, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include researching potential clients, maintaining lead databases, collaborating with sales teams on strategy, and tracking performance metrics to meet or exceed goals. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage leads effectively to build a steady sales pipeline. Core responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events.
- Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send emails to new prospects.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads, answer questions, and qualify them to ensure they are a good fit for the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a lead database with accurate and current information.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and processes.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on performance metrics to ensure lead generation goals are met or exceeded.
