Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative - IT (SaaS) located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining client relationships to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of SaaS products and the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
