Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in the Bangalore Urban district. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing strong partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing solutions to improve client experience. The role also involves liaising between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
  • Analytical and Negotiation Skills
  • Experience in Matrimonial or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Past experience in a similar role will be advantageous
