Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bangalore and Hyderabad .The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with institutional partners, overseeing lending and financial product offerings, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves understanding client requirements, structuring financial products, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on market trends will also form an integral part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and partner engagement skills
  • Basic knowledge in financial products, lending.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
  • Prior experience in the NBFC or financial services sector is advantageous
