Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, managing client portfolios, facilitating transactions, and coordinating with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be expected to stay informed about market trends, develop strategies to meet client needs, and deliver exceptional service to achieve client success.

  • Quick leaner
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
