Role: Customer Support Executive/ Process Associate

Talentien Global Solutions is hiring an on-site Customer Support Executive in India to join our frontline support team—handling inbound customer inquiries across email, and chat while owning timely resolution and escalation workflows.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, and live chat; provide accurate, timely solutions within defined SLAs.
  • Log, triage, and resolve tickets using the helpdesk ticketing system; update knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to technical teams and follow through until closure, maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs including first-contact resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Document interactions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process-improvement initiatives to reduce repeat contacts.
