Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers preferred)

Work Mode: Work From Home

Preference: Male candidates only

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Male candidates are preferred and must be open to field visits once or twice in a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through phone calls or in-person communication.
  • Provide accurate information and support to clients.
  • Maintain records and update data using basic Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Perform daily documentation and typing tasks as required.
  • Visit clients once or twice in a week for document collection, verification, or basic support.
  • Represent the company professionally during field visits.
  • Maintain follow-up and update status after each visit.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
  • Typing skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
