Job Summary:

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, order follow-ups, complaint resolution, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams such as sales, production, accounts, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and guidance on roofing sheet specifications.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Order Management

  • Receive and process customer orders in coordination with the sales and production team.
  • Follow up on order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Update customers regarding order confirmation, delays, or changes.

Complaint Handling

  • Address customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, billing, or service.
  • Coordinate with quality, production, and logistics teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of complaints and follow-up until closure.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain customer records, inquiry logs, and order tracking sheets.
  • Assist the accounts team in billing-related queries or payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily/weekly customer support reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and respond to customers politely.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling.
