Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Pune. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer service operations, managing a team of customer service representatives, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves developing and implementing customer service policies, training and mentoring staff, and collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery and productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Fluency in English and regional languages
- Ability to work on-site in Pune
