Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative based in Pune. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing accurate solutions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer service practices, including Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
