Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Representative located in Pune. The Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experience. The role includes managing customer support activities, providing technical assistance, and maintaining high service standards to meet the company's quality management goals.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment

  • Expert in analytics.
  • SAP MM and SD savvy.
