Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Pune. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the booking process, maintaining positive customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall travel experience. The role will require proactiveness, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • An understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to enhance client journeys
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
