Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, providing product or service information, and offering support through calls, emails, or online channels. You may also collaborate with various teams to address complex challenges while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Should have 6 months to 2 years of Experience in Telecalling or Customer service executive.
  • Should be Proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer applications
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude to provide excellent remote support
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in technology or community management domains, is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field is preferred
