We are looking for a CRM Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company. The role includes handling customer queries, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The candidate should be good at communication, problem solving, and managing customer concerns professionally
Responsibilities include updating customer records, tracking interactions, preparing basic reports, and supporting the sales/service team. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in CRM tools or customer handling will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
