Institutional Sales Manager (QSR)

Job Summary: Initiating the process of hiring an Institutional Sales Manager for our beloved

brand Circle Of Crust-Pizza. The role is Immediate and will focus on driving institutional

partnerships, corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, and long-term collaborations to enhance our brand

visibility and sales growth in this segment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities with corporates, institutions, ODC,

Events, Trade Shows, Seminars, College Fests, School Fests, and bulk orders etc.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

 Develop strategies for revenue growth through institutional and B2B channels.

 Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver customized solutions for

clients.

 Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Pune, Punjab, Delhi, Gujarat and upcoming

territories.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Administration, or a related

field.

 Previous experience in a similar role within the QSR or hospitality industry.

 5–8 years of experience in Institutional Sales, preferably in QSR, Food & Beverage, or

Retail.

 Strong client network and proven track record in corporate sales.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per year
