Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, attending client meetings, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals, while maintaining a strong understanding of our educational programs and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of educational programs and the ability to convey their benefits to potential clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
