About the Role
Were seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Corporate Sales for our Media & Advertising division. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic acquisition and management of corporate clients across Print, Digital & Activation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client partnerships with a focus on trust and service excellence.
- Solution Selling: Develop customized advertising solutions aligned with client goals across multiple media platforms.
- Proposal & Pitch: Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to showcase value propositions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 5+ years of corporate sales experience in media/advertising with minimum 2 years of team management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and client relationship management.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Understanding of advertising principles, media planning & market research.
