Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Corporate Sales Manager. In this position, the Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing institutional client accounts, driving sales growth, generating and nurturing leads, managing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The Corporate Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational sales goals and maintain effective relationships with corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and identifying prospective business opportunities
- Proven track record in Sales and executing strategies that drive business growth
- Skills in Customer Service to ensure a positive and consistent client experience
- Knowledge in managing Sales Operations to ensure efficient and streamlined processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in corporate sales
