**Job Overview**
Yuva Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Sales Manager** to lead our corporate sales efforts in the travel industry. The role is based in Mumbai (Hybrid mode) and requires a strong background in corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership. Candidates must have their own conveyance for client visits.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
* Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the travel sector.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
* Generate leads and visit corporate offices for client onboarding.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
* Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for seamless service delivery.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Travel, or a related field.
* 5–8 years of experience in travel industry sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Strong understanding of corporate travel sales, MICE, and client servicing.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proven record of handling high-profile corporate clients.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
* Must have own vehicle/conveyance.

* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
