- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a global institutional sales strategy aligned with Mikos growth objectives
- Business Development: Identify, secure, and manage high-value institutional accounts worldwide
- Revenue Growth: Drive significant business growth by ensuring robust pipelines, deal closures, and long-term partnerships
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and global partners
- Non-Negotiable Requirements: Gender Requirement: Female candidates only
- Corporate Network: Must have an established network of contacts in corporate or institutional sales that can be leveraged immediately
- Proven Ability: Experience in building and scaling a new sales division or channel from the ground up
- Global Sales Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage and drive international sales initiatives successfully
