Job Title: Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales

Reports To: Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate Sales

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to drive B2B growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. You will be responsible for promoting our HealthTech solutions (e.g., telehealth, diagnostics, wellness programs, etc.) to businesses, HR teams, and decision-makers to improve employee health outcomes and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:

  • Identify, approach, and pitch to prospective corporate clients across industries (IT, BFSI, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, events, referrals, and digital channels
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close enterprise deals

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, CHROs, CXOs, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of corporate clients and coordinate internally for implementation
  • Drive client satisfaction and repeat business

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and client needs
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings

Reporting & CRM:

  • Track sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Share regular reports, forecasts, and insights with leadership

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales – preferably in HealthTech, SaaS, Insurance, Wellness, or Healthcare
  • Strong network of HR/corporate contacts is a big plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in high-value solution selling and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
