Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to build and manage partnerships with corporate clients. The role involves driving B2B accommodation bookings and positioning Meridian Stays as the preferred housing solution for employees and business travelers.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and connect with HR/Admin teams of companies for employee accommodation tie-ups.


• Generate leads and close deals for bulk or long-term bookings.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation partners, and facility management companies.


• Customize and present accommodation proposals based on client requirements.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.


• Maintain sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.


• Represent the company at networking events, expos, and business forums.

Candidate Requirements:


• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales, hospitality sales, or B2B business development.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Experience in the hospitality or co-living sector is preferred.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple corporate accounts.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
