Business Development Executive

ABOUT CIS:
A young company based in Delhi. With the significant intention of client satisfaction by delivering Website solutions to small and medium-sized business owners.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in conversations with leads to identify their needs.
- Schedule and confirm meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate expertise in lead generation strategies.
- Effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and progress.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
- Operate desktop applications proficiently for business purposes.
- Maintain a professional yet friendly presence on camera for virtual meetings.
- Possess basic design skills for creating visually appealing content.
- Bring experience in digital marketing to drive sales efforts.
- Handle unexpected challenges or changes with flexibility and composure.

- SALARY STRUCTURE:
- First month- 10,000 INR
- Second 3 Months- 12,000 INR + incentives
- After 4 months- 15,000 INR + incentive
Office timings: 10 Am to 6 pm Monthly
