Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to build partnerships with 12th Commerce coaching institutes, colleges, and training centers. The goal is to onboard affiliate partners and organize small workshops or career awareness sessions to promote our accounting and finance diploma courses.
This role involves ground-level sales, relationship building, and outreach to educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and connect with 12th commerce coaching institutes, colleges, and tuition centers across the assigned region.
- Present our affiliate partnership program to coaching owners and help them join as partners.
- Coordinate and conduct workshops, seminars, or career guidance sessions in colleges and schools.
- Generate leads and student enrollments through affiliate and institutional partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration.
- Collect feedback, photos, and data from workshops for reporting and marketing purposes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute on-ground campaigns.
- Meet weekly and monthly partnership and outreach targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any field (Commerce background preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, institutional sales, or education marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within city or nearby regions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at building rapport with educators and students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
